001 Dry Van Division
This role will understand the needs, commitments, and operation of specific customers and is often concerned with on-time service.

This division operates I-40 and below, but must also travel to northern California & Kansas in addition its primary state. These drivers may be required to go outside of this region for up to 15% of dispatches if needed.
What is Texas Dry Van Division?
This role works in a particular area and assigns trucks to freight to service an order - its Key Performance Indicator is a low deadhead percentage.
What is the Load Planner?
This department gathers the paperwork necessary to invoice customers, runs payroll/settlements, and processes company expenses.

This entity is a personnel employment organization based out of Texas - most company drivers are technically employed through this entity.
Allon Transportation Services
This location will eventually expand to become another terminal.

This subdivision covers Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado. Drivers are able to be home weekly.
3 State Regional
This role books freight to cover any gaps in our network and builds and maintains relationships with brokers.

This entity is a smaller trucking company out of Oklahoma City, OK that has hauled open bed freight.

This is the primary location of IWX, a motor carrier we recently acquired.
What is Springfield, MO?
This subdivision operates north of I-40 and east of I-35, and may go as far as Ohio.
Midwest Regional
