This urgency level is selected when a patient is scheduling a Bone Density exam without an order.

A patient must have 1 of these documents in hand before being transferred to Billing.

An exam scheduled for patients under age 30 with symptoms in the breast
What is a breast ultrasound?
This is required for new patients to Solis that are coming in for a Recall or Follow-Up diagnostic and/or breast ultrasound.

When a spouse wishes to reschedule an exam for a patient we should check these 2 things before rescheduling.
