Why is it important to offer the post call survey?
The post call survey gives the patients the opportunity to rate our services, as well as areas we need to improve on so we can provide better costumer service.
What is the policy on cell phone use?
If you have an important call let your supervisor know in the beginning of the shift. Save your calls and texts to make during your break. Do not wear Earbuds. If you want to listen to music, do so in a low volume, ensuring the music is appropriate to be played in the office for only you to hear.
