This is the term for any form of intimidation or reprisal directed against a student who reports misconduct.
Retaliation?
A student returning after a drug/alcohol exclusion must show this academic record from any school attended during exclusion.
B+ or better average with consistent attendance.
In the Upper School, a second cheating/plagiarism offense results in a zero AND this additional consequence.
A conference with the student, parents, and Upper School Director.
This is one consequence that can result from a phone policy violation.
Detention / confiscation / suspension / parent retrieval / loss of privileges / meeting with administration.
A student on behavior probation may not do this.
Represent Barrack Hebrew Academy to the outside community / participate in interscholastic sports, dramatic presentations, MSC, SA executive board, etc.
Bullying must have this quality — meaning it is not a one-time act but ongoing.
Severe, persistent, or pervasive
A student may invoke the Sanctuary Policy for drug/alcohol issues only if this condition is met.
The request must be student-initiated and occur before any school administrator or faculty learns of the student's use.
Under the Green Light AI policy, students must always do this regardless of how much AI they use.
Disclose any generative AI assistance — and presenting AI work as their own still constitutes academic dishonesty.
Students are prohibited from doing this in the online/remote learning environment regarding recordings.
Recording any part of an online/remote learning program, or sharing/broadcasting materials created or recorded by the School.
A student who receives an F in one course or a D in two courses is placed on this.
Academic Probation.
What is one consequence of bullying or harrasment?
Suspension.

Any electronic device, the use of which may resemble smoking, which can be used to deliver an inhaled dose of nicotine or other substances to the user
In the Upper School, a fourth offense of cheating or plagiarism results in this consequence.
Expulsion.
Under the Acceptable Use Policy, violations may result in this most severe consequence for students.
Withdrawal from school.
A student who remains on Academic Probation for this long may be asked to withdraw from the School.
Two consecutive trimesters.
