What tool must opened each morning to determine if you will have any scheduled meetings?
Webstation - Right now we have meetings scheduled for a whole quarter at a time and they are pretty similar each week/month. going forward this will change to being planned only 3-4 weeks in advance and could change based on capacity to make sure we are available for Members/Clients.
What is the Maximum number of weeks that can be scheduled in Round 1?
20 years and Over is 5 weeks.
5-19 years is 4 weeks.
less than 5 years is 3 weeks.
How many Prime weeks can an employee that started in 2021 book in Round 1?
None. There is no guarantee prime weeks in Round 1 for newbies. If there are still spaces available, these employees will be able to schedule a week.
