Company Culture
A desired outcome or achievement that requires sustained effort and planning over an extended period, typically years.
Long-Term Goals
This is a document that is usually 1-2 pages. It can include a summary, experiences you've had in jobs and skills that make you a good candidate.
Resume
These are the type of jobs that offers you the ability to speak with customers/patients, you would do a lot of talking with others.
Social
This is about having confidence in our personal power and abilities. It helps us realize our goals and then helps us figure out independently, what goals we might need help with, in what ways might we need help and the goals we should be able to accomplish on our own.
Self-Capacity
This describes the way people work together within the company and usually within your department or group. This could also be their view on collaboration or independent work.
Team Dynamics
An objective that you aim to achieve within a relatively short timeframe, typically a few weeks, months or up to a year, usually serving as a steppingstone towards larger, long-term goals.
Short-Term Goals
A message sent electronically from one person to another using the internet. You will sometimes utilize this to follow up or send a thank you letter after an interview.
This will be asked in an interview. They will be looking for your skills and things you do the best.
Strengths
This is when you are able to speak up for yourself and make your own decisions. You are able to direct your own life.
Self-Advocacy
General speed at which tasks are expected to be completed. It can be fast or slow, depending on how the company handles their workload.
Pace of Work
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound are what kind of goals.
SMART Goals
This is a list of 3-5 people that you have worked with in the past who could potentially tell the hiring manager good things about you.
References
These tasks and skills might be things that you are working to improve, but they might not be your strongest abilities.
Weakness
Knowing your strengths and weaknesses, the things that motivate you and your personal beliefs and perceptions.
Self-Realization
Basic areas where you might work within a large area or a small area. They usually have basic amenities such as restrooms and a breakroom
Facilities
This type of goal is achievable, practical and considers your current resources and limitations.
Realistic Goals
This is an introduction letter that is submitted along with a Resume. It gives more details about previous jobs that might not be mentioned in the resume or you might want to clarify in more detail.
Cover Letter
These are things that you like to do. Regardless of whether or not you are good at them, you enjoy it.
Interests
This is having the ability to be independent.
