What stance does NGIC take when there is an SR-22 on the policy, but the SR-22 does not belong to the insured driver in the collision? Does NGIC proceed with a coverage investigation or does the adjuster refer it to get it cleared?
At this point NGIC would clear any coverage issue even if the SR-22 belongs to a rated driver that was not driving at the time of the loss.

When a there is a lapse in the policy with a reinstatement, it is the insurances responsibility to treat the policy as a new policy. The insurance company must ask all the u/w questions again, but Stonewood does not.
