Briefly tell the story of how Dweck came to where we are today. 

Mr Dweck started in commercial real estate in DC, then sold and invested in multifamily, at first in Crystal City (National Landing) with a 3rd party manager.  His daughter, Nora, decided to bring management in-house and in 2001 started the management company, Dweck Properties.
