This syndrome involves an absence of X chromosomes. Clinical presentation and physical signs include short stature, webbed neck, low posterior hairline, micrognathia, low set ears, widely spaced nipples, coarctation of the aorta or aortic valvular stenosis, lymphedema of hands and feet, broad nasal bridge, horseshoe kidney, and unilateral renal agenesis.
