View the candidate's full profile - navigate to references - select whether you're completing a phone or email reference check - complete the template selections - send.
Can I see what other positions a candidate has applied to?
Yes! Hover over the "applied for job on Nimble" within the candidate's profile.
This is most likely because you are logged in to your admin account. When screening for candidates be sure to start from the login page rather than the job board.
