Account number: this is found in salesforce usually starts with 2000 and this is an external account numebr. 

EAN and Parent IDN account number: usually similar if not the same number. Ex: advocate aurora has one number as a system. Sanford health has one number as a system. This number is also found in salesforce and power BI.
