What is the proper call out procedure?
If you are absent from work due to illness or some other reason, you are responsible to notify your immediate Supervisor, Head of Department or the Manager on Duty (MOD) a minimum of 4 hours prior to the shift start time by calling the hotel directly.
If someone famous is on property, are you allowed to ask for their autograph or photograph?
