NOP Status
ASIN is on a Live POG.
Live
Includes any ASIN that is not eligible to be sold to a customer including parent/source (items that need to be transformed to a sellable ASIN), ingredients, or materials (e.g. paper bags).
Non-Sellable:
Includes any ASIN that is currently not on Live POG, but is on LDP. BIS ASIN’s are unlocated in the Reset Staging Space and are blocked from online buy-ability. ASIN’s with these tags should be work Daily, as this is inventory without a FOH Location, unavailable for customer purchase, and still being bought.
Back in Stock (BIS):
Includes any ASIN that was/is not part of a past or future LDP.
Clearance (Clearance Mis-ship)
Includes any Net New ASINs that are waiting to be dispatch with a work order live date in the past.
Pending Dispatch:
Includes upcoming discontinued ASINs removed from POG included on the Clearance staging U-Boat to be pushed daily.
Discontinued on MM/DD:
Includes any ASIN that will be added to a future LDP during an upcoming reset. MM/DD lists the month and date that the Net New ASIN will be reset on the POG.
Net New on MM/DD:
ASIN is currently NOP but is intended to be added to an upcoming work order. The ASIN is stored in temporary location on the NOP report.
Carry Forward
Includes any ASIN that has already been removed from LDP and is no longer in a store's product assortment.
Clearance (Clearance De-assort)
All other ASINs which don't fit in above classifications but have an inventory record usually due to either merch or reset errors. This includes all other ASINs which don't fit the above classifications but have an inventory record.
