What should I change in the SISWEB?
Update your mailing address so we can forward USPS mail/packages to you
Update your mailing address in SISWEB (https://sisweb.ucdavis.edu/) to a valid United States mailing address.
Update your mailing address for online companies such as Amazon, Target, etc.
*NOTE: only USPS mail/packages will be forwarded. Mail/packages from other carriers will be returned to the sender. International forwarding is not available.
Name at least two things you should do in regards room cleanliness for moving out?
Essentially, your room must be clean when you vacate it.
Remove everything from doors, walls, ceilings, closets, furniture, tack boards, and windows.
Ensure that window screens are installed properly and close windows/blinds/drapes and turn off thermostat.
Room furniture, including bed, should be left as is; leave bed ladders in the room. Return room furniture to original location if the bed height was not changed during the year.
Ensure your front/bedroom doors are closed and locked.
Take out trash and recycling.
Clean your room/apartment. Consider: vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, wiping down all surfaces, etc.
MAKE SURE TO TAKE PERSONAL DOCUMENTS AND MEDICATIONS (IF ANY) WITH YOU
What are Courtesy Hours?
These hours are what we consider "normal hours," however, do be mindful that people might still be studying for finals

How do you return a micro fridge (rented from ASUCD)?
If you rented a Microfridge from ASUCD, the pickup date is Saturday, June 5, from 9am – 2pm. Collection sites will be located in front of Wall Hall off parking lot 47 (near the grassy area) for Tercero and the Regan Main courtyard for Segundo.
Can I leave my bicycle on-campus?
Your bicycle must be removed from the residence hall area and all campus grounds. Remaining bicycles will be impounded and owners may be charged an impound fee and/or an improper checkout fee.
When should you move out?
You should move out
-24 hours after completing their last final exam or
-no later than 7pm on Thursday, June 9,

Your Housing contract states that you must leave within 24 hours of your last final
Do you have to check out at the ASD or with your CA's before leaving?
Nope.
You may still want to go to the ASD to check your mailbox is empty & to check-out a blue bin.

Who needs an extension?
Residents will need an extension if they intend to stay after 24 hours since their last final has passed or after 7pm on Thursday, June 9th

What do I do if I can't get out of the dorms by the day & time I have to???
Request an Extension!
If you have a final on Thursday afternoon/evening, you can request an extension to stay until Friday. The form will be available online, at https://housing.ucdavis.edu/moving-out/, starting on May 10th (*You will need to provide a copy of your finals schedule, for documentation)
By when do you have to submit the extension request?
No later than 5pm, Friday, May 27, 2022
Submit any necessary service requests via your myHousing channel my.ucdavis.edu. Submission of service requests does not absolve you of charges if repairs are a result of damages.
