Chloe buys packs of cookies for her class. Each pack has 8 cookies. She buys 2 chocolate chip packs, 2 sugar cookie packs, and 3 oatmeal cookie packs. She wants to share them evenly with 24 kids (includes herself).

There are 20 kids in Mr. Rippl's class, 18 kids in Mr. Westberg's class, 19 kids in Mrs. Middleton's class and 20 kids in Mr. K's class. They will be placed in groups of 6. How many groups need to be made? Be sure to think about how you will deal with the remainder, if there is one.

20+18+19+20=77
77 divided by 6 = 12 remainder 5
So they need 13 groups, one will have 5 instead of 6 kids.
