What is:

Migraines - get a CT scan - Pain meds, encourage rest in a dark, quiet environment and provide hydration. 

Hypoglycemia - check the patients blood sugar - Administer glucose orally (if the patient is conscious and can swallow) or intravenously (D50) if the patient is unconscious or unable to swallow. 

Hypoxia - check the patients oxygen saturation or ABG - give oxygen!
