Yes, you would need to get with Ms. Jennifer to draft a bonus agreement. Once the agreement is drafted you will send it to HR Front desk and let the candidate know they must come in to sign it. Once the candidate signs it you will send the agreement to HR Ops and Sharon Hawley to make sure it is uploaded in Workday and added to payroll.
