                                Sally and her family love to eat a variety of different foods. Most of the time, their snacks are made up of the four food groups.  Sometimes Sally wants to eat snacks such as pop or candy.  She feels guilty for having it because she thinks it they are bad foods.    What advice would you give Sally?
                                Sally is not bad for wanting to have pop.  There's no such thing as good or bad foods, rather there are sometimes and most of the time foods.  Most of the time Sally is eating foods from the four food groups- it is what she normally eats  that is important to her health.
