Your patrol members tell you one member is breaking the code of conduct (Swearing, not listening, etc) but this member won't admit to it, and whenever you're around them, they seem fine. What do?

Scout out the scenario first, pay more attention to his/her actions, have another person look out for it. If this member is doing bad stuff, pull him aside and talk to him about the code of conduct, if he doesn't listen, push it up chain of command. If the member is fine, talk to the patrol about lying.
