How do we handle Negative- Dilute Results?
We look at the ASD and Work Instructions to see if it's called out anywhere that the customer does not accept these and if the talent needs to be retested- if nothing is called out we follow Kelly Standard, and a Negative Dilute is a favorable result per Kelly Standard.
TB Tests - what is the difference between the Skin test and the blood test?
The TB Skin Test- the talent gets injected under the skin and has to go back after 48 hours to get it read - see if there's a reaction. Blood test, they draw blood and test for it - the talent does not have to return to the clinic.
If the Talent's TB test comes back positive- what is the next test we should schedule?
What is the importance of why we need to document all communications from the talent, AE, recruiter, or vendors?
So, everyone can see all that is going on, can that we are communicating and taking appropriate actions, they know where their screening stands, and it minimizes questions.
Why do we copy Brittney Kessel on some of our completion notifications?
No - not unless its a position that are subject to drug testing regulations - DOT, Carrying a Firearm, etc.
Schedule the first vaccine, once completed, we set up BH tasks for the additional vaccines- for instance Hep B, 2nd at 30 days and 3rd at 6 months- and we close the request as completed. When the task comes up, we set up the next one and reach out/send to talent to complete.
For Academic Screenings- what results can we NOT accept documents for?

If the results show a refusal to test and the talent did not contact, you or the recruiter before leaving the clinic- what should the next step be?
If the talent left the facility without giving a valid sample and did not get approval - this is a refusal which is an unfavorable result. You would make the requestor aware and follow our unfavorable DT process.

PFT- Pulmonary Function Test, OSHA Respirator Questionnaire
Employment Screening- if the talent worked at an agency and they use a 3rd party source for their verifications - and only the most recent assignment was verified what do we do?
We can verify that with the talent and make that employer favorable.
When should we follow up for EMP/EDU docs and what do we do with those once we receive them?
From the beginning, we ask for them on the welcome call and should continue to follow up from there. Once we recieve them we should upload into BH and the vendor.
In SCI, TECH, and ENGR verticals, who should always be copied in the completion email?
