Observer: stay for 30 min debrief session, make sure you say there were no students so we can change the timesheet time to 30 min.

The session involved a lot of tutoring, but in the debrief, the SI Leader says "that was a great session!". What are three things you would do?

- Did they use the three pillars?

- How much did the students talked vs. you talked?

- If they still don't get it, then be straightforward. Tell them, "I have to tell you, you fell into the tutoring trap." Then give a few specific examples.
