Per price increase policy, how will expiring SPAs be handled?
We will not extend SPA’s to hold/protect pricing on a job. If an SPA expires, it is expected that the sales person reprice the equipment using updated list prices and pass along the increase to the customer. Any requests to extend will involve leadership in the office and appropriate RSL.
