Creon became the new king.

Creon was not angry for no real reason like Oedipus was, he forgave Oedipus. Creon is also more careful to follow what the gods order than Oedipus was.

What punishment does Creon sentence Oedipus to? Does he execute Oedipus?

No. Creon exiles Oedipus. 

It is ironic because Oedipus is the one who declared that the king's murderer should be exiled. Now it is Oedipus who leaves in exile.

At the very end of the play Oedipus asks to say goodbye to who?

His two young daughters, Antigone and Ismene

What is Hubris? What happens to Oedipus's hubris at the end of the play?

Hubris is pride and confidence. This was Oedipus's major flaw, his pride/confidence kept him from thinking or acting carefully.

At the end of the story Oedipus loses all of his Hubris. He humbles himself in order to ask for help from Creon.

Two people revealed to Oedipus the truth about his birth, who were they? How were these two people involved?

A messenger from Corinth, he was the shepherd that brought baby Oedipus to his adopted parents

A shepherd in Thebes, he worked for Laius and was ordered to abandon baby Oedipus. Instead he gave Oedipus away. This shepherd ALSO witnessed the murder of king Laius

The play ends in a similar way to how it began. What happened at both the beginning and end of the story?

Oedipus came out of the castle to address the citizens of Thebes.
