Pecunious Grammateus
Presides at all chapter meetings and is the spokes person for the chapter.
Basileus
Responsible for providing the chapter with financial records, paying bills, issues checks is a bonded officer
Tamiouchos
Responsible for greeting guest, sending notes birthday gifts, and tokens of love on behalf of chapter. Also is responsible for ordering food and managing catering for chapter events as requested.
Hodegos
Responsible for securing the door and oversees time during meetings
Philacter
Responsible for the implementation of the AKA program at the chapter level and is the second in command.
Anti-Basileus
Reads chapter correspondence to the chapter, writes letters for the chapter, generates chapter newsletter
Epistoleus
Ability to document and compile the chapter's history.
Historian
Provides spiritual and sisterly atmosphere in the chapter
Chaplin
Manages business affairs of the chapter. Finds venues, reviews contracts in preparation for the Basileus's approval
Business Manager
Calls their committee together, presides over committee meetings, appoints secretary and subcommittee chairs to get the work of the committee done, provides reports to the chapter on events and committee meetings, makes motions on behalf of the committee's votes
Committee Chair
Attends meetings, participates on committees, volunteers time and knows how to make a motion, follows the Soror Code of Ethics, Leads as required, can take guidance and direction, submits to the vote, is sisterly and respectful to other Sorors, pays dues and assessments on time, amicably resolves personal or chapter disagreements in a sisterly manner
Submits information about the chapter and its activities to the local media outlets and to the Ivy Leaf quarterly.
Ivy Leaf Reporter
Is a bonded officer and assists the Pecunious grammateus with her duties
Appointed by the Basileus, advises the presiding officer in the interpretation of the Constitution and Bylaws and chapter Bylaws. Sits next to the Presiding Officer. Is the Chair of the Standards committee. Has knowledge of Roberts Rules of Order, Newly revised edition.
Parliamentarian
Over sees the assigned undergraduate chapter and is certified as a graduate advisor by the corporate office
Graduate Advisor
Responsible for counting votes during and official election.
Teller
A group of two or more Sorors, voted on by the chapter who are responsible for organizing the nomination process and working with the Anti-Grammateus and Grammateus to solidify candidates
Nominating Committee
Supports the Tamiouchos in the performance of her duties
Anti-Tamiouchous
Is the third in command in the absence of the Basileus and the Anti-Basileus
Grammateus
Assists in the amicable and peaceful resolution of conflict with the chapter in a non-bias, sisterly manner that is in line with the Soror Code of Ethics
Member-At-Large
Maintains the records and material goods of the chapter. Works closely with the Historian to catalogue memorabilia and possessions of the chapter
Archivist
Serves in absence of the Grammateus and keeps an accurate record of attendance at chapter and executive board meetings. Also reviews the attendance records submitted by committee chairs for committee meetings.
Anti-Grammateus
Responsible for the education and dissemination of rules and order for the culture and procedure of operations and proper attire, sorority etiquette as it pertains to image and public relations.
Protocol Chair
The only person authorized to sign contracts binding the chapter to financial or service obligations
