First HS2 should wipe blood and sweat around the wound, cover the wound with a piece of plastic, with three sides taped down the IT3s body, and the lower flap left open to support drainage, reinforce the seal with battle dress, and properly secure everything

HS3 Polamalu is playing football on the forecastle and is hit and breaks his elbow. Where should splints be placed if HS3 Polamalu breaks his elbow? And how should the battle dress be set up?

The splint should cover the joint above and below the broken bone, extending from near the shoulder to the hand. The battle dress should be used and is wrapped in a criss-cross manner around the limb in order to apply even pressure over the entire dressing?

The exit wound should be sealed on all 4 sides with an appropriate size dressing applied.

HS3 Polamalu is bleeding everywhere with his broken elbow. Furthermore, there is a giant bone sticking out of his forearm. How many battle dress should be placed on the tourniquet and how is bleeding controlled effectively?

Bleeding is controlled effectively by applying pressure to the sides of the wound versus directly over the exposed bones and at least 2 battle dress should be applied before using any tourniquet.

Sterilize the bandage with clean potable water, if none is available then leave dry, position the bandage properly, secure the bandage properly, place member on their back, bend the knees and secure the lower legs, spread the feet and keep toes pointed inward
