3PM CDT ON THURSDAY, JULY 16TH, AND WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING AT 8AM CDT ON MONDAY, JULY 20TH.

WHAT ARE THE 2 WAYS FOR US TO RECOMMEND TO ASSIST EXCLUSIVE MOBILE BANKING USERS TO CHANGE THEIR PASSWORD?
1. CUSTOMERS CAN GET TO THE "MOBILE BANKING CENTER" BY LOGGING INTO OLB AT www.fabandt.bank THROUGH THEIR MOBILE INTERNET BROWSER. THEY WILL USE THE TEMPORARY PASSWORD.
OR
2. CUSTOMERS CAN SELECT "RESET YOUR PASSWORD?" AFTER ENTERING THEIR USERNAME AT www.fabandt.bank TRHOUGH THEIR MOBILE INTERNET BROWSER. IT WILL THEN PROMPT THEM TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: Username, Full SSN/TIN, Account Number, Then they will required to set up through Out of Bank Authentication, Create a new password.
THE CODE CAN BE RECEIVED VIA TEXT MESSAGE OR VOICE CALL TO THE NUMBER THAT WE HAVE ON FILE.
WHEN CAN CUSTOMERS DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE APP?

SHOULD WE BE HANDING OUT THE OLB CONVERSION CARDS TO CUSTOMERS?
WHEN ACCESSING THE MOBILE APP FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THEY USE THEIR TEMPORARY PASSWORD, WILL THAT LOCK THEM OUT?
If they try logging into mobile banking without setting up a permanent password on an internet browser they will receive an error message that states "Access Denied". It will not lock them out. It just will not accept their information.
IS IT IMPERATIVE WE HAVE CUSTOMERS CURRENT INFORMATION?
YES, BUT THE CUT OFF DATES AND TIMES ARE STILL IN AFFECT.
Existing passwords, any alerts currently set up, any alerts set up in SecurLOCK and/or Horizon eAlerts.

WHAT WILL NOT: eBills, Payments that have more than one recurring payment rule active for the same payee, Single payment dates greater than 1 year out, Recurring payment dates greater than 2 years, Bill Pay History.
