(1) Chapter President (required), Risk Manager, and Social Chair are trained through a Canvas course by FSL (or 2 other officers who oversee social events with alcohol and/or risks) and any officer who may oversee social events (i.e. Formal Chair,
(2) Submit the Social Event Registration Form (SERF) through BullsConnect 15 business days before respective event, not including the day of the event.
(3) Submit the Social Event Consultation Form (SECF) through BullsConnect before the last step (below)
(4) Meet with a staff member of FSL to review submission(s) and for Q&A 5 business days before respective event
BONUS: Any events submitted between 15- and 8-business days can host their event, pending approval, but will incur a $100 fine. Any events submitted 8 business days or fewer, prior to their event, will not be accepted/approved.
