List and describe each of the 4 "Rest" positions.

Parade Rest: Feet are shoulder width apart with hands at the small of your back. You cannot speak and only look straight forward.

Stand At Ease: Similar to Parade Rest but you cannot talk and you can look at the speaker.

At Ease: Hands are dropped down to your tail bone and you are able to drink water, look around, and fix your uniform. Still, no talking.

Rest: You may do anything besides sitting, as long as your right foot does not move.
