Company Policies – Handbooks – Enter Client information (client ID) – Create – New Handbook – Enter in Client information – select client – fill in generic information in the required sections. Prompt the client to then edit the information in Handbook Settings (if needed)

Best practice can be used in any scenario regardless of documentation details. You can send the same email to 5 different clients. Ex: The client has already decided to separate what should they give the EE
HR matters recommendations are determined by scenario details. The recommendation is fairly personalized to the who, what, where, when, and why.
Ex: Should they term and EE?
Why is it crucial for clients to keep the number of employees accurate in their employee handbook?
The more employees & states the client has, the more policies would apply to the employee/employer.Certain laws apply or dont apply depending on EE count

Client has an employee who disapeers at the same time every day, they do not follow dress code, does not participate in office potlucks, or shake hands with other employees. Client wants to either repremand or fire the employee and is looking for your advise. What are some questions and red flags that come to mind.
This employee is a female muslim! They are "disapeering" to pray, wear a hijab, cannot eat the food in the potlucks, and it goes against their belief to touch men.
