Why FTEs cannot be FT On-Call Casual. Only employees working 20+ (less than 32 hour per week) should be listed as Part-time On-Call Casual. Reviewing Requisitions/Offer Letters prior to hire completion can save a lot of time on the back end so transactions can flow downstream correctly. Corrections can be made on Worker Profile early on as long as payroll has not be been run.
