Grandpa and I use to walk through the woods looking for persimmons so we could make persimmon pudding. We use to go early in the morning to get enough to make the pudding in the afternoon. Its an old family recipe and takes 6 hours to make the pudding correctly.

It proved to be a profitable enterprise, and I used some of the proceeds to sponsor various social initiatives at our boarding house. This experience spurred on my desire to eventually pursue a business management major as an undergraduate.
