Can we use our cell phones while driving? 

Yes - hands free only (Trace policy). However, if we are working for a client we have to follow their policies.

Face to face, then phone call, then text or email. Try to limit emails.

Any and all damage.

How would you classify this incident? 

An employee is bit by a dog onsite. The cut is minor and they do not apply first aid and are able to work that day. The next day they see a doctor who administers a rabies shot. Hint - refer to the 8003 flow chart. 

Medical Treatment Incident (provided a vaccine). Remember to notify Trace before you seek medical consultation. There are additional notifications and requirements.

What's the Three Call Rule

Any critical Health, Safety, Environment or Quality issues call anyone anytime three times and as long as it's safe to do so they will answer.  Ex. Incidents, accidents, or a time sensitive issue.
