When is a wire escalation needed? (list at least three red flags)

Member has not initiated a wire within the past year, a request for an international wire, more than 2 wire transactions sent within 10 business days, the payee of the transaction is on the Payee Hot List, the transaction is made from the proceeds of a larger deposit that is both greater than $5,000 within the last 30 days and the wire transfer is for 50% or greater than what was deposited, the transaction is more than $20,000. If there are 3 or more red flags present.
