OPUL does not sell your data to third parties or share it with other customers. Only anonymized data is used to better understand industry trends and customer needs. OPUL anonymously aggregates transactional data from every customer to develop insights on buying trends, usage patterns, and platform engagement, all with the sole purpose of further customizing our platform to meet the needs of the market. These insights will be shared with other customers, but you also benefit from access to them as well. Lastly, we only share your data with third parties as needed to provide you with the services and functionality that you have selected.

Why are fees taken daily vs. monthly?
We decided to take the guesswork out of processing with OPUL – that means that as you process transactions, we'll take processing fees out that same day before depositing your funds. You will be able to easily see how much in fees were deducted from your deposit on our Deposit report, as well as clearly see the total fees taken for CP and CNP transactions on each monthly merchant statement.

Why does OPUL take 2 days to deposit funds?
OPUL has become a registered payment facilitator which allows us to bring you more flexible payment options and competitive rates. Becoming a payment facilitator means that we are now responsible for managing risk, and our current risk model allows for 2-day funding, but you can rest assured that we are getting funds deposited to you as quickly as we can.

What happens when the Underwriting Status is set to "Additional Documentation Needed"?
The UW team will enter the docs needed into SFDC, and an email will be sent to the practice, CC'ing the AE and CSM, asking the practice to upload docs to the Secure Upload site.

I absolutely understand your concern. OPUL does not currently integrate with your EMR, but it has been designed to work well with any aesthetic practice. OPUL is an amazing tool hyper-focused on helping you increase revenue, build loyalty, and improve operations.
Subscriptions and Loyalty
