It is this person responsibility if medications are not taken.
This should be worn to all IOP/T4C groups.

This is a meeting between the client, primary counselor, and program director after a rule has been broken.
What is a Level 2 Write-Up?
This is what you do between 8-8:30am.

This is where all personal items should be kept in the bunk area.

This is what needs to be signed if a client doesn't take their medication.

What is a Level 3 Write Up?

This is when you take bedding, linens and clothes to cover your bunk, which you are not allowed to do.
What is tenting?
You need this to take any OTC medication that is not on the CASC approval list.
What is a doctors note?
Clients from one unit should not be doing this with clients from another unit.
What is communicating?
This is between the client, primary counselor, program director, probation officer, and probation officer liaison to CASC after a rule has been broken.
What is a Level 4 Write Up?
There are this many med passes in a day.
What is 4?
The tops of this item should always be clean and cleared off, or better known as, "Move in ready."
This is where clients take their medication with staff.
What is the med cart?
Bullying, medication diversion, and major countrand are this.
What is major rule violations?
This is what BRC stands for.
What is Behavioral Review Committee?
This is supposed to be done once a week between the clients on the unit.
What is a Peer Unit Meeting?
None of these items are permitted in the common areas.
What is bedding/linens/bed?
This will result in a BRC.
What is med diversion?
CASC has this policy for physical violence, illicit drugs or alcohol, and weapons.
