This building is home to the largest residence hall on campus and was originally known as the Sherry Biltmore Hotel. The building went under a major renovation in 2016 and is now home to the Stan Getz Library.

Located in the basement of 155 Mass Ave, this department is responsible for the safety and security of the Berklee community and campus.
What is Berklee Public Safety?
All students are required to take this core music course which involves learning how to sight sing rhythms and melodies with solfege, as well as recognizing pitches.

This building is the newest of the main campus buildings and is home to the Berklee Caf. The fourth floor features a full fitness center as well as many practice and ensemble rooms.

Located in the 921 Boylston Street building, students can go here for help with their resume or to figure out how to get involved with student employment opportunities.
What is the Career Center?
All students are required to take this core music course, which is centered on contemporary music theory application including constructing scales, analyzing chord progressions and harmonic functions.
What is Harmony?
Conveniently located right behind Boylston Street and very close by to campus, this densely populated street is home to several shops and restaurants and has open street days on Sundays in Summer and early Fall. You will find tons of people strolling down during the daytime and occasionally some Berklee students busking.

You can transfer between the Green and Red Lines at this station which just so happens to be the oldest subway station in America opening on September 1, 1897.

This building is home to the David Friend Recital Hall and is also home to various student resources on campus. The Zildjian Percussion Facility is located in the basement of this building.

What is the Center for Campus Life?
All students are required to take the first level of this core music course which involves learning how to write and arrange for both solo instruments and rhythm section. Only certain majors are required to take the second level of this course.

At this station, you can transfer between the Green and Blue Lines and easily access all of the historical areas in Downtown Boston. Two of the four Green Line branches terminate here.

You can transfer between the Orange and Red Lines at this station which is located in a huge shopping district of the same name that is a car-free zone filled with shops, restaurants, and street vendors.

This building, which opened in 2010, is home to the Liberal Arts, Music Business and Music Therapy departments. Events are occasionally held out on the patio by the front entrance.

All students are required to take this core music course which is essentially a continuation of Tonal Harmony involving composition and performance within common-practice with additional attention to and experience in contemporary tonal practice.

This neighborhood, dubbed the "Little Italy" of Boston is known for its narrow streets and authentic Italian culture and cuisines, is located right outside of Downtown Boston. The Old North Church and Paul Revere's House can be found here.
