Refer to the Today in the O'Hara to see that the correct group is using the Ballroom and that the setup is correct to the packet. Contact a supervisor that is working. Ask the group follow up questions, such as any proof they have of booking the room. At this point, give them our general WPU Reservations contact info.

Explain the process of a Day of Request
Group/individual comes to the desk and asks to make a day of request for the ballroom or 114. If they choose the ballroom, they get the room as is - meaning whatever furniture is there is what they get. They must fill out the QR code on the desk and once they have done so, you can unlock 114, or show them up to the Ballroom. (Use of piano does not require a room reservation, Ballroom is typically if a group wants to do a dance practice or something like that).
