What is STEAM, SEL, CATCH
a tool teachers and parents use to track a student's behavior in the classroom. It helps everyone understand the student's strengths and weaknesses and work together to encourage good behavior.
What is a behavior report?
a set of rules specifying the required manner of dress at a particular office, club, event, etc

What is the Y core values?
a common abbreviation for five closely connected areas of study: science, technology, art, engineering and mathematics.
What is STEAM?
thorough documentation of the incident, including all relevant details that caused it and any outcomes that stemmed from it.
What is an incident report?
something needed to allow staff in and out of the building.
What is a key fob/Badge?
When a staff takes a 3 children away from the group to go into the building for restroom purposes.
What is a bathroom break?

Taking a picture of the injury, taking a picture of source of injury, and documenting the incident.
What is filling out a incident report?
to record your time of departure from work. It is often essential to signify to an employer that you have ended your shift and left work.

What is clocking in/out?

What is a positive attitude?
employees must arrive at their job location and be ready to start work, dressed appropriately, at their assigned shift time.

What are the five areas of SEL?
When a staff does not report an incident that occured and the leadership team is not notified.
What is a corrective counseling?
Portraying a positive role model for youth by maintaining an attitude of respect, loyalty, patience, courtesy, tact and maturity.

IN the event of a missing child while in our care, we implement this general action plan to help search the Y and surrounding areas for the child.
What is Code Adam?
When an unannounced visit is taken place. This visit is done to check in with the site, school and children. After the visit is taken place documentation is done and kept on file.
