A sacrament at the service of communion in which Christ binds a man and woman into a permanent covenant of their freely given consent and bestous his graces on them live as a community and as a loving family if he blesses them with children.

Passions
Conversation with god. lifting of one's mind and heart to god or requesting good things from him. Joining ones thoughts and love to god in adoration and blessing, petition, intercession, thanksgiving, and praise.

A successor to the apostles who governs the local church in a given diocese and governs the worldwide church in a union with the pope and the college of bishops. A bishop receives the fullness of the sacrament of holy orders.
Bishop
The body of Christ, that is, the community of god's people who profess faith in the risen lord Jesus and love and serve others under the guidance of the holy spirit. The rose man catholic church is guided by the pope and by the bishop.
Church
A sacrament of healing, also known as reconciliation or confession, though which christ extends his forgivness to sinners.
Sacrament of Penance
The sum total of social conditions that allow people to reach their fulfillment more fully and more easily.
Common Good
A form of prayer whereby we acknowledge God and his goodness and glorify him for who he is.
Praise
A sacrament of healing, administered by a priest to a baptized person, in which the lord extends his loving, healing touch through the church to those who are seriously ill or dying.
Sacrament of the anointing of the sick
All the members in the church who have been initiated into the church through baptism and who are not ordained (the clergy) or in consecrated life. The laity participates in jesus' prophetic, priestly, and kingly ministries.
Laity
The sacrament of apostolic ministry at the service of communion whereby Christ, through the church, ordains men through the laying on of hands. It includes three degrees; episcopate, presbyterate, and diaconate. Those who exercise these orders are bishops, priests and deacons.
sacrament of the holy orders
The "hinge" virtues from which all other virtues come. They are prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance.
Cardinal Virtues
A prayer that invokes god's care on some person, place,thing or undertaking.
Blessing
Priests or members of the order of the priesthood who are coworkers with the bishop and servent to god's people, especially in celebrating the Eucharist.
Presbyters
A morality filled with god's invisible presence. This term applies to the blessed trinity's plan of salvation in Jesus Christ, the church that is his body, and the sacraments.
Mystery
Blessed by the bishop, this perfumed oil is used for anointing in the sacraments of baptism, confirmation, and holy orders. It represents a gift of the holy spirit.
chrism
The holy spirits grace that cleanses us from our sins through faith in Jesus Christ and baptism. It makes us right with god. Justification not only frees us from sin, but sanctifies us in depth of our being.
Justification
A form of prayer where the mind and imagination focuses on Christ or some truth of divine revelation with the purpose of applying the lessons we learn to our lives.
meditation
The prayer by which a priest, by the power given to the church by Christ Jesus, pardons a repentant sinner in the sacrament of penance.
Absolution
The official, sacred leadership in the church made up of the church's ordained ministers, bishops, priest and deacons. The symbol of unity and authority in the church is the pope, the bishop of Rome, who is the succesor of St.Peter.
Hierarchy
The term used to describe what happens at the consecration of the bread and wine at mass when their entire substance is turned into the entire substance of the body and blood of Christ, even though the apperences of bread and wine remain. The Eucharistic presence of Christ begins at the moment of concentration and endures as long as the Eucharistic species subsists.
Transubstantiation
A life in Christ through responsible living that flows from our dignity as god's adopted children made in his image and from Christs command to love.
Christian Morality
Prayer that acknowledges that god is god, creator, savior, sanctifier, lord and master of all creation, the sources of all blessings and worthy of our total love and devotion.
Adoration
Holy communion recieved by dying persons to help them pass over to god in the afterlife.
Viaticum
To bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to others.
