Distract the staff, complain about the wait. Give the staff space to complete your order or else they might get something wrong or take more time

Phone and wallet etc

Go up to the counter knowing what you want. Having your money/Cards ready before you order ETC.
If you are separated from the group while on an outing, what should you do?
Stay where you are, phone the program phone if you have your phone.

Only bicycles are allowed to use this part of the road. No cars or people on foot.
What should you do If you don't have enough money to pay for something?
Reduce the size of your drinks, remove items from your order etc.
When taking public transit, what do you need to look out for?
When your stop is, somewhere safe to hold onto, personal space
What are community workers and what makes them different from strangers in the community?
Community workers are people who work in the community and are there to help you. They are people who will help you if you need help.
The streetlight is red, but a police officer is in the road telling you to cross. What do you do?
Cross. This means that the light is not working and the Police officer is telling people when to cross.
You receive your order from a restaurant but have gotten the wrong item. What do you need to do?
Ask the staff politely to fix the order for you. Be patient and understanding
If someone angry or upset comes up to you on the street, what do you need to do?
Get staff to intervene, move away from the person. Do not talk to them
