This high-risk protocol requires tools like knives and saws to remain within 15 feet of supervising staff, passed only between staff and student, and forbids them from being placed in pockets.

A student placed on this structured intervention will be completely separated from the group, must actively complete therapeutic assignments, and is barred from interacting with peers or socializing with staff.

Students on this specific level serve on the Leadership Council, must maintain their school grades with no Ds or Fs, and take on overarching accountability for the student group as a whole.
