Air Force Culture is attitude of the unit or individual combined with the history of the Air Force and the pride in being part of that history. Look for examples of ceremonies and links to the history of units that instill a strong pride and increase morale.

Team building is the process of collecting a group of individuals with a common mission and the process of assigning roles (either appointed or member contributions), stages of team development and the actions of the team, both good or bad, that either bring them to the realization of a successful goal of the failure of the team to accomplish the goal. Look for situations where a team is formed and goes through any process of problem solving.

Is the bounce back and forth among the creators, advancers and refiners. The creator comes up with an idea and as the advancer begins promoting it, the refiner begins analyzing it. The idea might go back and forth several times before the team agrees the idea is ready to be passed off to the executor. Once ready the idea it is moved by the executor into production. Flexers assist the other roles by satisfying the unfulfilled needs of the team in order to reach the goal.

Communication- Providing feedback early and often. Coaching- Teaching others and letting them know they are important and your there to help them succeed.
