One way to stay motivated is by making sure you do not pre-dopamine. What does that mean?
Do not spike your dopamine prior to engaging in effort, learn to spike it during or maybe after the effort. If you do it prior to the task, you will not find that task enjoyable and will get distracted easily.
A lot of influencers state that they have a negative perception of themselves even if people see them as positive influencers. Do you think honesty and integrity play a role here and if yes, how?
You have an external reputation of what others think of you but you do not think of yourselves like that. When you look at these influencers, you have this perception of who they are but in reality they are completely different. That dishonesty with who they are affects their self-perception.

One of the reasons we let go of our boundaries is out of fear of conflict. However, people are going to respond poorly to you standing up for yourself, especially if they were taking advantage of your lack of boundaries. So try to stay consistent with your boundaries even if it leads to uncomfortable situations.

Meditating, journaling, exercising daily
Read 10 minutes a day
Follow a certain sleep schedule

The marshmallow test is like a game where kids are offered a marshmallow. They can eat it right away or wait a bit. If they wait, they get an extra marshmallow. This test shows that waiting (self-discipline) can lead to better rewards. It teaches that controlling impulses now can lead to bigger benefits later in life.
One way to be more honest and have integrity is by making sure you avoid creating a positive feedback loop of lies. What does this mean?
If you lie because you fear a consequence, that consequence is not going to go away and you just keep lying. For example, if you tell your parents that you aced your math test when you did not because you feared the consequence, that consequence is not going to go away.
So when you are lying think about the consequences and if it is making it go away. If it is not then just avoid lying.
