What is a broken set?
After scanning the upc of an electronic, gift card, high valued product, this should be scanned.
What is a serial number?
DO NOT overlap labels. DO NOT wrap the labels around the corner of the box. DO NOT use damaged labels.

What is the impact of a broken set on our customers?
When an item is larger than the chute it is assigned to, the rebinner will put the item in a tote that is located at the bottom chute of the wall. You can identify which tote your item is in by reading this in your chute with the other items in the shipment.
