Describe the Difference between Customer Tier 1 and Tier 2.
-Tier 1 are clients over 200 employees + 10 licenses, over 7500, or strategic brands. We are looking to manage the full customer lifecycle (4 phases).
-Tier 2 are clients within our demographic, that are believed to have the highest growth potential based on company profile, purchased licenses, and adoption. We are only looking to help deploy and expand (2 phases)
