Under the Guidelines for the Termination of Residential Leases in RNUP - in situations where a default/breach of the lease has not been remedied by the tenant and no agreement can be reached to mutually end the lease, approval of this person must be sought prior to terminating a lease.  The request for approval should include details of the default/breach and the actions taken by the park to date. Once approved, all documentation associated with the termination can be signed by the FUS.

This 3.5 km set against a backdrop of forests, meadows and water. You can find signs of beaver activity, including gnawed trees, fallen branches and dams along the Little Rouge Creek. This trail also has cultural heritage - with a cottage and camping area. (which was flooded by Hurricane Hazel in 1954)
