We base earnings on the 12 months prior, or if they have only been with company short period of time over the period of time they have been employed with the company
How do we calculate LT earnings for a casual employee
Gather all earnings in the 12 months and divide it by 52 weeks _ In some instances - they may not have earnings in that full period - so may cause there earnings to become quite low
