It is where your explain your argument/opinion.

To sum up your argument. (And also, leave the reader with a really good, final impression of your writing)

What is a quote?
A quote is either writing down the exact words one someone has said, or it is writing down the exact words that are written in a text.
Should a conclusion include new information?
No. (But, you may include a final thought which you haven't raised yet to leave the reader something to think about)
In an essay should you use phrases like this: "In this essay I am going to write about the film, Mt. Zion." ?
No. It sounds too informal. You should never include these types of phrases.
What are key words?
Words from the question/topic which most indicate what the essay should be about.
What is a topic sentence?
The sentence of your body paragraph which states what the paragraph will be about? (It should be the first or second sentence of each body paragraph)

Re-stating your points and your commentary.

Why do you need to list your points in an introduction?
So the reader knows what you will discuss / to make the essay easier to follow.

So you have proof that your opinion is correct/has value/can be trusted.

Conclusions should be very similar - but not exactly - to your introduction.
In an essay should you be mainly writing in the first person?
No. You can use first person (I think) when bringing up your personal opinion, but most of the essay should avoid using personal pronouns - I, me, my, mine etc
How does starting your essay with a HOOK make your introduction interesting?
Because it makes your reader think about your topic before they have read what you think, making them want to read the essay more.
The personal commentary shows relevance or a connection to the evidence.
Why are conclusions important?
Because they sum up your argument for the reader / they are where you leave your final impression about how good you are at writing essays.
