What do we do when a party arrives while event room is still being used/cleaned?

Greet the party and inform them we a finalizing the event space as it was just used, thank them for their patience and tell them it will be ready momentarily.

How does a party pick up their rentals?

Host will either walk them into process or bring rentals to room depending on factors

No, food drop off is pre set during booking process and can not be altered

How does a group pay their tab?

Their remaining balance will be uploaded into their group portal after the head count is communicated to Sales Team. They can then log in and pay before leaving for day!

Can a group request an ambassador once they arrive?

No, but double checking with blazer/big 1 should be done incase accommodations can be ma de. If we have availability, be sure to communicate w/ sales team and guests regarding additional charge.
