Is this sentence active or passive?

Change to passive: "People watch TV every evening."
TV is watched every evening.

Change to passive voice: "She writes the reports."
The reports are written by her.
Change to passive voice: "She fixed the computer yesterday."
The computer was fixed by her yesterday.
Is this sentence active or passive?
"The manager approved the budget."
Active.
Change to passive: "Someone cleaned the room yesterday."
The room was cleaned yesterday.
"The window ________ (break) last night." (simple past passive)
was broken
Make this passive: "The chef prepares the meals."
The meals are prepared by the chef.
Make this passive: "The teacher explained the lesson."

Identify the tense and voice:
